Order Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Timeframe

You may submit an order cancellation request before your order is processed and shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation will no longer be available. In such cases, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

2. How to Cancel an Order

To cancel your order, please submit a cancellation request via our website, or contact our customer service by email: [email protected]. You need to provide your Order ID and clear cancellation reason.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved and the order has not been shipped, we will process your full refund to your original payment method. Refund processing time may take 3‑7 business days depending on your payment provider.

4. Non‑cancellable Cases

Orders cannot be cancelled under the following circumstances:

• The order has already been shipped out.
• Custom‑made or personalized furniture items.
• Orders that have completed production and packaging.

5. Important Notes

We will review every cancellation request and reserve the right to reject requests that do not comply with this policy. We will notify you by email once your cancellation is confirmed or denied.
