At BAIYUE TRADING CO., LIMITED, we provide order tracking service to help you monitor your shipment status. Please read the following instructions for tracking your order.
1. How to Get Your Tracking Number
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, we will send an email to your registered email address containing your tracking number and carrier information. Please check your inbox, including spam or junk folder, for this notification.
2. How to Track Your Order
You can enter your Order ID and tracking number on this page to view real‑time shipment status. For sea freight shipments, tracking updates may be slower due to long‑distance international logistics. Tracking information is provided by the shipping carrier, and we do not control the update frequency.
3. Status Explanations
- Processing: Your order is being prepared, production and packaging are in progress, shipment has not yet been dispatched.
- Shipped: Package has left our warehouse, in transit with the logistics carrier.
- In Transit: Shipment is moving toward your destination, may go through multiple transit ports.
- Customs Clearance: Package is under customs inspection in your country, this stage may take several days.
- Delivered: The package has been successfully delivered to your shipping address.
4. No Tracking Information
If you cannot see tracking data after receiving your tracking number, please wait for 3‑5 business days. It takes time for the carrier to register and update logistics records. If there is still no update after 5 business days, please contact our customer service with your Order ID.
5. Delayed Shipment
International shipping may be delayed by weather, port congestion, customs inspection, holidays or local logistics issues. We will keep you informed if we receive any delay notice from our shipping partner.
